专利摘要:
A driver for a chain conveyor which is adapted to run in a conveyor trough which has side guide walls comprises a driver arm portion having outer side edges which terminate in a polygonal pin portion which tapers inwardly in lateral and longitudinal directions toward its outer end. A guide shoe has an inner side face with a recess into which the pin portion of the arm extend and the guide shoe is pivotally supported on the arm pin portion by a pin or sleeve element. The guide shoe includes an inwardly extending nose portion which rides between side edges of a U-shaped recess of the arm portion. Surfaces of the nose portion and the U-shaped recess of the arm defining recesses and stops for limiting the pivotal movement of the shoe. Both the shoe and the polygonal pin portion of the driving arms have aligning bores which are oblong so that the pivotal support may be shifted in lateral outer or inner directions so as to vary the clearance between outer circularly cylindrical portions of the polygonal pin portion and the guide shoe during pivotal movement of the shoe. The shoe has an outer lateral edge which engages in the side guide walls and the angular position of this edge with respect to the guide walls may be shifted to vary the cutting angle of the guide shoe. In addition, the side areas of the guide shoes may be shifted during the pivoting to vary the scraping angle.

专利说明:

The invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to scrapers for chain conveyors.
Known scrapers for a chain conveyor, including guide tips located at g ends thereof, made integrally with the scraper tn.
A disadvantage of the known scrapers for the chain conveyor is the possibility of replacing the guide lugs, which undergo severe wear when sliding in the angular profiles of the transport chute.
Known scrapers for a chain conveyor, including protrusions located at the ends of the scraper with recesses mounted on them, guides on them, tips for positioning them in the corner profiles of the transport chute, connected to the protrusions by connecting elements installed in the holes located in the protrusions and in guide tips In a vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the scraper [2J.
A disadvantage of the known scrapers is that they cannot be used in the reverse mode of operation of the conveyor. Due to the fact that the guide tips are made asymmetric with respect to the vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the scraper, with the reverse stroke, the scraping and transportation performance of scrapers is significantly reduced. However, the reverse stroke of the scrapers is widely used, for example, when working between the upper and lower drifts.
The purpose of the invention is the expansion of functionality.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the scraper for the chain conveyor, including the protrusions located at the ends of the scraper with the recessed tips put on them by the recesses for their location. in the angular profiles of the transport chute connected to the protrusions by connecting elements installed in the holes located in the protrusions and in the guide tips in the vertical. plane passing through the longitudinal-! The 5th axis of the scraper, the protrusions and the guide tips are symmetrical about the vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the scraper, and the guide tips are mounted on the protrusions with the possibility of rotation in a horizontal plane around the axis of the holes of the protrusions and guide tips to form a front working angle 15 and back corner of free cutting.
In addition, the guide tips are mounted on the protrusions with the possibility of rotation in the vertical plane and the formation of the universal joint-20 RA. The holes in the protrusions have a diameter in cross section greater than the diameter of the connecting elements, holes in the guide tips have a diameter in cross section 25 greater than the diameter of the connecting elements. In addition, the end part of the protrusions is made in the form of articulated heads, and the recess in the guide tips is in the form of articulated sub- 3 q Fridays. In addition, the end parts of the scraper above the protrusions are made with restrictive stops forming a U-shaped recess, and the guide tips are provided with protrusions, 3 located in a U-shaped recess.
In FIG. 1 shows a proposed scraper, side view; in FIG. 2 - the same, top view; in FIG. 3 is a section AA in FIG. 2. (0
The scraper 1 of the chain conveyor has protrusions 2 at the ends and guiding tips 4 worn on them with recesses 3 located in the corner profiles 5 of the transport chute 6 .. <5
Guide tips 4 are connected to the protrusions 2 by connecting elements 7. " installed in the holes 8 of the protrusions and in the holes 9 of the guide tips. Holes 8 and 9 P ac od laid in a vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis at a scraper 1.
The scraper 1 is designed for a single-chain conveyor with a centrally located chain 10, on which the scrapers are mounted by means of clamps 11. A similar scraper can also be used for double-chain conveyors.
The protrusions 2 and the guide tips 4 are symmetrical with respect to the vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis at the scraper 1. The guide tips 4 are mounted on the protrusions 2 with the possibility of rotation by a predetermined range in the horizontal plane around the axis 12 of the holes 9. In the turned position, the guide tips form the front working angle d, and rear cutting angle ft. Between the initial and rotated positions of the guide tips 4, it is possible to independently adjust the front working angle cL and the rear free cutting angle ft. The guide tips 4, in addition, are mounted on the protrusions 2 with the possibility of rotation in the vertical plane and the formation of the universal joint. The holes 8 have a diameter in cross section greater than the diameter.
7. Due to this, the connecting elements 7 are installed in the holes 8 of the protrusions 2 with the necessary gap. An example of this can be a scraper in which the holes 9 in the guide tips 4 have a cross-sectional diameter larger than the diameter of the connecting elements 7. The end portion 13 of the protrusions 2 is made in the form of hinge heads 14, and the recess 3 in the guide tips 4 is in the form of hinged thrust bearings 15 With transverse loads, the guide lugs 4 are pressed against the protrusions 2 in such a way that] the hinge heads 14 are adjacent to the thrust bearings 15 and are therefore able to absorb high lateral loads. The rotation range S of the Guide lugs 4 is limited to the limit stops 16 formed in the end part of the scraper above the protrusions 2, forming a U-shaped recess 17. The guide lugs 4 are provided with protrusions 18 located in the U-shaped recess 17. The connecting elements 7 are made in the form of clamping sleeves or pins.
’The scraper works as follows.
When changing the working stroke of the scraper to the reverse in the reverse mode of the conveyor operation under the action of the transported material
902659 6 tip 4 is rotated about axis 12 and is set in such a way that the front working angle cL and the rear free cutting angle ft.
The advantages of the application of the proposed invention are that the scraper has a constant optimum working angle and a free cutting angle when it moves in both directions. In addition, thanks to the 10 presence of a cardan joint and the possibility of turning the guide tips, the nicks in the vertical plane, the scraper is adapted to the profile of the transport chute even 15 in the joint zone between the sections of the transport chute.
